In vitro Protein
Production
Proprietary non-cellular
in vitro protein synthesis
extends the limits of the protein production in cells. This system
provides the production of various protein families including cytotoxic
ones from procaryotic and eucaryotic organisms. Moreover, it allows, on
a nanoscale, the serial production and purification of tagged proteins
of organisms with sequenced genomes.
Antibody and Protein
Array Manufacturing
Fabrication of protein and antibody arrays on 3D plane supports without
chemical modification of targets. The arrayed molecules provide better
capacity to partner interactions.
Small
Molecule Array Manufacturing
Fabrication
of small molecule arrays by non convalent immobilization of chemical
components
to the 3D surface. The feasibility of the approach has been proven by
screening
antibacterial agent in using proteins
labelled by near
infrared sensitive fluorophores.
