Proteins are
major actors involved in many physiological processes. Variation in
mRNA expression does not necessarly reflect the protein yield in cells.
Therefore, your DNA array data require further confirmation by antibody
arrays.
Antibody arrays can evaluate real variations in protein profiling and
post-traductional modifications in cells. You have a unique
opportunity to assess up- and down-expression of proteins in various
biological samples, i.e. in healthy and diseased cells.
Protein samples can be prepared from cells, biopsies and blood.
Proteins of your interest can be subextracted from cells in order to
assess their expression modulation in different compartments. Bound
complexes are detected using dual fluorescent detection (700 nm
& 800 nm).
We developped
MAGYarray,
antibody array directed against cell cycle, cytoskeleton, xenobiotic metabolism.
We also prepare arrays of your
particular interest.
